Our clients are everyday Canadians who run their own vending side gig. They hire us to help them get agreements in place, hopefully in a business or workplace such as yours. All we need is a little space and for you to give us the go-ahead. It's that simple.
Our clients own all sorts of vending equipment Canada-wide, from full-sized combo machines to countertop snack dispensers. The best thing is for you to see a picture of the exact machine we are looking to place in your city right now.
Yes! We aren't trying to sell you anything. We are trying to help a real person in your city (the owner of the machine and person who hired us) find locations for their equipment. They will take care of everything and there is no cost to you. The only thing you provide is a little bit of space and the only thing you pay is a tiny bit of electricity.
No! There are no delivery, installation, maintenance, restocking, cancellation, or any other hidden or undisclosed fees. The only thing you pay is a tiny bit of electricity and, well, hopefully for some delicious refreshments.
The agreement you sign with the operator is month-to-month from the beginning and just one page long. If you are unhappy for any reason, you can always give them 30-days-notice to remove the machine. This helps ensure you continue to get the level of service you expect, unlike many other vendors that tie you into 1 to 3-year contracts. This local operator lives right in town and usually has only a handful of machines to manage.
There is none! The agreement between you and the machine owner is just one page long and easy to get behind. If you'd like to review this beforehand, please contact us and we'll send you a sample agreement. If you're a larger company with more stringent requirements, you can always add an addendum or renegotiate at your own discretion. The is otherwise meant to be an easygoing and hassle-free relationship and our clients are happy to abide by all reasonable requests.
Nobody likes a hangry customer or employee, especially anyone you are asking to wait or stay idle. There is no effort on your part and you can cancel at any time. You're lifting up entrepreneurs from all walks of life, right in your own community. Our clients are also expected to support MADD Canada with an annual goal of $100,000.
Sometimes, but not always. When commissions are appropriate, such as for high-traffic locations in major markets, we will work with you to negotiate a fair kickback. Are you the decision-maker for a high-traffic location? We want to hear from you!
Depending on the size and type of machine, our clients are expected to donate a minimum of $5 to $10 per machine per month to Mothers Against Drunk Driving. Some operators can and do contribute more in successful locations. With hundreds of operators across Canada over the past 7 years taking part in the program, the annual goal is $100,000. Each and every new machine placed through us really does make a difference.
Most locations should have reasonable daily foot traffic in customers and/or employees (relative to the machine type) as well as a sensible place to put the machine where end users will have good visibility. Just give us a call. We usually have less than 10 easy questions to ask for us to determine how to proceed and which of our client's machines would be best.
The operator can usually deliver within 7 calendar days, but not in all cases depending on the size of the machine and other factors. After you sign the agreement and we confirm who your operator will be, that person will takeover everything including making final delivery arrangements with you.
Please contact us for dimensions and a picture of the exact equipment we are looking to place in your city. Some vending machines are the size of a residential fridge and others are the size of an office water cooler. Just about everything we place will fit through most standard doorways, in most elevators, etc.
Yes! The success of the machine is important to your local operator and they welcome your feedback and suggestions. They have access to hundreds of distributors and thousands of products, including healthy, unhealthy and nut-free options. Sometimes we might be able to provide you a quick sample menu, but usually this is a discussion you have with them after we connect you.
No one! Most of the equipment we place is 100% cashless. In the event of a malfunction or mis-vend, the system will know and audibly let the user know their card was not charged, or there is a QR code for the end-user to rectify this directly with the operator (depending on machine type).
That's okay! Whether you're looking to replace old machines or want to compliment a machine you already have, we still want to hear from you. Most operators are happy to tailor the machine to be non-competing for the right location.
You'd be surprised. Just give us a call and we'll let you know if we're looking in your city right now or have a client there. We're always happy to hear from any location in our great major cities and all those that surround them.
Fair question. We are ultimately a small telemarketing agency. Once we get a commitment from you to accept a machine, we get paid a one-time finder's fee from the operator directly. That's the extent of our involvement, but we definitely want to hear from you again in the future should your needs change.
If you were offered a gift prior to delivery and delivery is now complete, all you need to do is send us a picture of the machine on site at your location and we'll send it to your email, usually within a few days. That's it!
Thankfully we're not calling or emailing you from a list outside our own. We do our own research and legwork. If we reached out to you, it's because there's a real person in your city that hired us to help them find locations and a real person on our team thought you'd be a good fit. So you bought a vending machine? Nice!
It depends on your local market and preferences. We understand you're eager get started. However, top-tier locations don't grow on trees. Like any business, it takes hard work, patience and persistence to achieve success. We have placed over 1k machines so far, so we must be doing something right. But we don't make promises we can't keep, and you shouldn't trust a vending machine locator that does.
You name it! As long as you are flexible and open-minded, the list of opportunities is longer than you might think. Car dealerships, gyms and hotels are just a few great examples. However, the International Airport hasn't been sitting around waiting for your call. You will need to step your way up into the best of the best locations over time and as opportunities present themselves.
No! We do not charge any ongoing commissions or royalties as a result of machine placement by us. Any possible commission would be between you and the location directly. What you pay us is a one-time finder's fee based on your machine type for securing a signed location agreement.
Of course! In fact you are encouraged to. It usually takes a hundred or more positive phone calls, emails and other interactions to maybe land one decent location. Face-to-face is always more effective at building trust in relationships, and you are the face of the business after all.
No! We do not produce, sell, own, or repair vending machines. Our clients own their machines outright already and are completely responsible for their own equipment in every way.
No! We help independent owner-operators start partnerships with unique locations. Once this pairing is complete and an agreement is signed between them, we have no further involvement. Just everyday Canadians helping each other get ahead.
We love inbound calls and there is no menu to navigate. Just a friendly Canadian in Vancouver helping another friendly Canadian in your city start or grow a vending business.
